We understand that a legal case can often be a sensitive situation for our clients and so we strive to ensure the utmost level of privacy and confidentiality throughout the entire process. It may be critical for you to have complete control over all information relating to your legal defence.
From the start, we:
- Never talk to the media
- Never leave messages at your home or workplace unless you tell us we can
- Will ask if you can talk when we call you
- Will send written correspondence in plain envelopes at your request
- Will communicate by email, fax or post at your request
