What Should I Do?
We always recommend speaking to a barrister about your case to put your mind at ease. Not knowing what is going to happen can make the few months before you go to Court very stressful. We can explain what will happen leading up to the Court hearing and on the day of the hearing.
You can contact us 7 days a week in any one of the following ways:
Telephone
Call us toll free on 1800 351 114 to speak with a barrister.
SMS
Send us a text message on 0427 780 421 with your first name, the type of case you have and the time you would like a call from a barrister. E.g. "Joe, drink driving, after 5pm". We will then arrange a barrister to call you back at that time.
Facsimile
Send us a copy of your charge and summons by facsimile on 03 8677 2981 together with your contact details and tell us when you would like a barrister to call you.

Post
Send us a copy of your charge and summons by post to PO Box 1088 Blackburn North 3130together with your contact details and tell us when you would like a barrister to call you. Please allow two business days from the date of posting for us to return your call.
